What are the main ingredients in DeepWell products?
Our products feature a blend of natural and active ingredients, including Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Vitamin C, Peptides, Bakuchiol (a natural alternative to retinol), Black Cumin (rich in antioxidants), and Squalane.
What is skin purging, and why does it happen when using DeepWell products?
Skin purging is a process where the skin experiences an increase in breakouts, redness, or irritation when starting a new skincare product. This is typically a short-term reaction as the skin accelerates its turnover process, pushing out impurities and bringing underlying congestion to the surface.
Why does purging happen?
Purging occurs because active ingredients in skincare products, such as exfoliants (like AHAs and BHAs), speed up the skin's natural shedding process. This means that any congestion lurking beneath the surface is brought to light more quickly than with normal skin turnover
What should I do if my skin is purging?
If you experience skin purging while using DeepWell products:
Continue using the product for at least 4-6 weeks to allow your skin to adjust. The purging should only last for a brief period.
Reduce frequency if purging is severe and gradually increase usage as your skin adapts.
Keep your routine simple with a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and our other recommended products.
Ensure your skin stays hydrated and protected with a gentle moisturizer.
How can I differentiate between purging and a negative reaction?
Purging typically occurs in areas where you usually experience breakouts and should subside within a few weeks. If you notice new breakouts in areas where you don't usually get them, or if the irritation persists beyond 6-8 weeks, it might be a negative reaction. In such cases, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
Why does DeepWell use micellar technology in its products?
DeepWell uses micellar technology to enhance the effectiveness of our skincare formulations. Our approach combines active oils to create micelles, which offer several key benefits:
Gentle cleansing without harsh rubbing.
Faster absorption and deeper penetration of active ingredients, allowing beneficial components to reach the layers of the skin where they can be most effective.

Why does my skin feel tacky after applying DeepWell products?
When you first apply DeepWell skincare products, they may feel tacky on the skin for a few minutes. This sensation is due to our high concentration of active ingredients and natural hydrators, which are designed to deeply penetrate and nourish the skin. The tackiness typically dissipates as the product absorbs, leaving your skin feeling hydrated and smooth. The initial tackiness is a sign that the product is working to deliver essential nutrients and moisture to your skin. Unlike some products that use artificial and chemically-based ingredients to mask tackiness, we prioritize plant-based and natural ingredients, which may have a different initial feel but provide more sustainable benefits.
Usage Instructions and Best Practices
How often should I use DeepWell products?
Follow the usage instructions on each product. Generally:
Cleansers: Twice daily, morning and night.
Serums: Once or twice daily, depending on the specific product.
Moisturizers: Twice daily, morning and night.
However, it's important to emphasize that you should use the skincare routine that works best for your skin and meets your specific needs.
What order should I apply my skincare products?
A general rule of thumb is to apply products from thinnest to thickest texture. These steps should follow your normal cleansing routine:
- Toner (if using)
- Day or Night Serum, depending on the time of day
- Eye Cream
- Face Moisturizer
- Body Serum
Can I mix DeepWell products with other brands?
Yes, but it's essential to ensure the ingredients in different products complement each other and do not cause irritation. Perform a patch test when trying new combinations.
Are your products all-natural or organic?
Our products are formulated with a majority of plant-based ingredients, reflecting our commitment to natural skincare. Many of these ingredients are organic, but some are processed to enhance their stability, effectiveness, or safety. This approach ensures that our products deliver the best results while maintaining our high standards for quality and sustainability.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Our products are free from gluten, but our production facilities are not certified gluten-free. If you have gluten sensitivities or allergies, please consult with your physician to ensure our products meet your needs. While most of our ingredients are plant-based, all of our varieties except for our Body Serum contain one non-vegan ingredient: N-Acetyl Glucosamine, which is derived from shellfish. Does DeepWell use parabens?
No, we do not use parabens in any of our products.
Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant or nursing?
Our entire product line is safe for pregnant or nursing women. We do not use retinol in any of our products but rather substitute it with bakuchiol, a plant-based, highly effective retinol alternative.
What age range is appropriate for the use of your products?
Our products are intended for individuals aged 14 and older.
Do your products have expiration dates?
Our products do not have expiration dates. We recommend using the product within one year of opening the container. Some discoloration of the product is normal, as our products are plant-based and we do not use dyes to color the product.
Do you test your products on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals. We are committed to cruelty-free practices.
What if I am having difficulty getting all the product to pump out of my bottle?
Let's be honest. We're all familiar with trying to get all the product out of the bottom of tubes and bottles. DeepWell products are extremely rich and thick with tons of beneficial active ingredients so If you experience any of that challenge with our products, here are some suggestions on how to deal with it. First, you can put the glass part of the bottle under a faucet with a stream of hot water and then dry the bottle and then try pumping. If that doesn't solve the problem, we suggest either tapping the bottle on a hard but padded surface, like on a towel on your counter, to get the product to settle into the bottom of the bottle. Once it's settled, try pumping again. Or, you can smack the bottle without the pump into the palm of your hand to dispense the right amount of product. Keeping the bottle stored upright will also help. We've chosen the packaging we're using because of its unique properties to protect the sensitive natural products and our products are formulated to be thick and rich. Moving forward though we will always be exploring ways to make our products better and to package them in a way that minimizes any usage issues.
Recyclability and Sustainability
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are committed to sustainability, and most of our packaging is recyclable:
Glass Bottles: Yes, we are very proud to say that MIRON Violet glass is 100% recyclable. However, we encourage our customers to find a second (or third or fourth…) use for our glass products. Whether it’s to store natural products at home or to organize items at the office, our glass bottles are incredibly robust and can be reused multiple times for various needs.
Lids & Pumps: The lids and liners on our eye cream packages are recyclable, but the various pumps and sprayers are not at this time. We, along with our suppliers, are constantly looking for innovations to improve.
Secondary Packaging (Boxes): Made from compostable kraft paper or recyclable materials. Please recycle or compost according to your local guidelines.
Shipping Boxes & Packing Material: We use packing materials made from recycled materials that are recyclable. This includes our shipping boxes, packing tape, and inner packaging material. Please recycle these items based on your local recycling rules.

Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, DeepWell products adhere to eco-friendly practices, including sustainable sourcing of ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging materials like Miron glass and recycled cardboard.
How do you ensure your products are safe for the environment?
We use natural, biodegradable ingredients and avoid harmful chemicals that can damage ecosystems. Our packaging is designed to be recyclable, reducing environmental impact.
How do you support sustainability?
DeepWell is committed to sustainable practices, including ethical sourcing and reducing our carbon footprint through eco-friendly packaging and production methods.
What are PFAS and microplastics, and why are they harmful in skincare?
PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) are a group of human-made chemicals that are resistant to water, oil, and heat. Microplastics are tiny plastic particles less than 5mm in size. Both PFAS and microplastics are commonly found in various industrial and consumer products, including some skincare products. They are harmful because:
PFAS: These chemicals can accumulate in the body over time and have been linked to various health issues, including cancer, hormone disruption, and immune system effects.
Microplastics: These particles can cause physical and chemical harm when absorbed by the skin. They can also accumulate in the environment, contributing to pollution and harming marine life.
How does DeepWell ensure its products are free from PFAS and microplastics?
Our water has been tested and shown to be free from PFAS and microplastics because the artesian water we use is from a confined aquifer. This protected source ensures that our water remains pure and uncontaminated, providing a safe and effective base for our skincare products. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, two-day expedited shipping to these addresses is not available at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. This processing time is in addition to the delivery time.

What if my item is defective?
Please email details and pictures to info@deepwellskin.com. Please do not discard your item. We may ask that you return it for quality assurance.
What is your return policy?
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase under the following conditions:
Eligibility: To qualify for a return, at least 50% of the product must remain in the bottle. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are more than 50% used.
Return Process: Please email us at info@deepwellskin.com with your order number, email address used for the order, and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Important: Please do not send your product back to the warehouse without first contacting us for a return authorization. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and process your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.

The product I want is out of stock. Will it be available again?
We always suggest joining our Power Elite loyalty program or subscribing to our emails to ensure you get first access to restocks, new products, and promotions. Do you send samples?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not offering free samples upon request or as a gift with your purchase.
Does DeepWell ship internationally?
Unfortunately, DeepWell does not ship outside the US.
Can I purchase DeepWell on Amazon?
Not at this time.
Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
The best way to secure discounts on our products is to sign up for emails, join our loyalty club, Power Elite, or use the bundled pricing option on your purchase to receive a discount by purchasing two or more products.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, promotions can be redeemed only once per person. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. DeepWell reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.

Colorado Retail Delivery Fee: Orders shipping to Colorado are subject to a $0.28 Retail Delivery Fee. This fee is applied per transaction and is nonrefundable in the event of a return.
